Ms. Fagan is an associate in the Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution Practice Group at Bodman LLP. Ms. Fagan also has experience representing clients in employment, bankruptcy, environmental and health care matters.
Ms. Fagan has served as a board memeber of the Wolverine Bar Association and Wolverine Bar Foundation since 2006, and currently serves as Treasurer of both organizations.
Ms. Fagan received her juris doctorate from the University of Michigan Law School. She was previously an associate at Baker Hostetler LLP in Cleveland, Ohio, and is admitted to practice in Michigan and Ohio.
